Stay Human is the first festival in Italy designed to create a paradigm shift through embodiment – the profound experience of fully living in our bodies. Over the two days of October 19-20-2024, the festival will offer a diverse lineup of Italian and international speakers, addressing topics aimed at deepening our awareness and providing us with the tools needed to navigate our existence as beings immersed in a continuous flow of perceptions. The goal is to attempt to bridge the gap between personal awareness and collective action. The choice of Milan, a city symbolic of environmental challenges, highlights the urgency of change.
